    We are seeking a dedicated Patient Service Technician - Local Medical Equipment Delivery Driver to join our team here at Rotech. In this position you will be responsible for making deliveries, providing services and ensuring patients and/or caregivers understand instructions for and are comfortable with use of respiratory and medical equipment.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    + Available for on-call assignments as needed

    + Completes all necessary delivery forms and paperwork including, but not limited to invoices, work orders, manifests and logs, patient care instructions, route sheets, etc.

    + Delivers equipment and oxygen as required in accordance with industry standards and applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations

    + Delivers, sets up and maintains equipment at the delivery address using company vehicle

    + Develops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company and all applicable governmental regulations

    + Educates the patient and/or caregiver on the safe use and maintenance of the delivered items and provides clear instructions to patients and/or caregivers to ensure understanding of equipment

    Road Drivers are responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo trailers to and from various long-distance destinations.

    General Description of Duties:

    * Coupling and uncoupling trailers from one another and from the tractor.

    * Driving for an extended period of time.

    * Performing various tasks ranging from check-in, tractor/trailer inspection, tractor set up and the pickup and delivery of cargo.

    * Actual duties and schedule may vary depending on terminal location.

    Qualifications:

    * Minimum 21 years of age.

    * Have 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (Candidates with less than 1-year experience may be eligible for training).

    * Have a Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker and hazardous materials endorsements.

    * Have a good stable work record.

    * Have a safe driving record (from MVR and previous employment).

    * Be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet DOT medical requirements.

    Where You’ll be Working
    The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #1567, located at:
    2901 W Bell Rd., Phoeniz, AZ

    How You’ll Perform the Role

    * Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner.
    * Load customer orders properly on the truck.
    * Following designated routes and time schedules from a mobile device.
    * Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams paint store.
    * Complete other tasks as needed, which could include warehouse duties, mixing customer orders, or waiting on customers in our paint stores.

    * Be 21 years of age or older
    * Be legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future
    * Have a valid and unrestricted driver's license, and an acceptable driving record from the State Bureau of Motor Vehicles
    * Be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis, with or without reasonable accommodation
    * Be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone, with or without reasonable accommodation
