Responsibilities Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in activities related to all phases of: Microsoft 365 Tenet, Azure, Office 365, Azure Active Directory (AD) Domain Services. Plan, schedule, and execute the installation and detailed assessment of new or modified cloud services. Oversee the development and implementation of system security management procedures; ensuring internal higher headquarters procedures are incorporated and compatible. Coordinate and direct efforts to develop, prescribe, and/or implement operational policy, standards, and procedures, for Army 365 Tenant and associated applications and tools. Coordinate among all organizations working on problems to ensure that proper resolution occurs. Analyze cloud systems administration Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Tactics, Technical and Procedures (TTP) to identify refinements based on lessons-learned to better accommodate the system's evolving design and business processes. Develop and monitor cloud operational cost control mechanisms to support budgetary planning. Basic Requirement for Information Technology Specialist (Systems Administration): Specialized and Other Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes contributing to the development of plans for system configuration modifications; troubleshooting to isolate system hardware/software problems; reviewing computer technology developments to recommend changes for system performance improvements; and providing oversight on system maintenance.
