    *Summary/Objective:*
    Rogers Corporation is currently seeking a talented individual to join the Enterprise Applications team at its site in Chandler, AZ. This position reports to the Manager of Enterprise Applications. The hired individual will assist with defining and driving the direction of SAP S4/HANA use within Rogers. The individual will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation and documentation of SAP S4/HANA Manufacturing/QA modules and adjacencies in support of the Produce to Deliver stream to meet internal customer and strategic goals. This position will also be responsible for providing insight and guidance to ensure that SAP S4/HANA use is optimal and follows industry best practices.

    *Essential Functions:*
    1. Advise management on industry best practices, capability of the application, and assist with setting strategy for the optimal use of SAP S4/HANA.
    2. As an IT system analyst, one will design, architect, configure, implement and document business processes in a SAP S4/HANA Enterprise Application environment.
    3. Support the data integration between SAP S4/HANA and other systems.
    4. Develop reports and analytics using standard SAP S4/HANA reporting functionality.
    5. Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and function as the primary interface to the technical team.
    6. Work with business process owners and customers to analyze and solve business problems. Works on complex and high impact issues. Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis and suggests the best course of action.
    7. Contribute to cross functional project teams that address customer initiatives or IT infrastructure needs. May develop and disseminate training in areas of focused responsibility to IT staff and customers.
    8. Provide problem resolution of customer issues reported via the IT Service Desk System in compliance with applicable SLA. (Service Level Agreement). Provide support to junior staff members who cannot find resolutions to open issues.

    The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for management and administration of Azure both IaaS and PaaS, plus single sign-on (SSO) to all SaaS applications for the organization.     The Rotational Engineering Leadership Development Program (RELDP) is an early career rotational program for top engineering students that cycles engineers through two 12-month rotations across our enterprise. The program allows accelerated development opportunities with the goal of growing world class leaders.

    Our commitment to you is to provide front-line, hands-on, business-critical assignments designed to stretch your capabilities and enhance your learning.

    In addition to the unique experiences gained through rotation assignments, participants will receive high-caliber training, mentoring and guidance from leading RTX executives, engineering leaders, technical fellows, and subject matter experts as well as current participants and alumni.

    The first assignment associated with this job requisition is with the System Design & Architecture Directorate, Naval and Strategic Missile Defense Department.
