Our hiring process includes interviews, background checks, and new employee orientation. Once an applicant is hired by AIRES, they will be scheduled to attend a 3-Day training class in which they will receive state-required certification and learn valuable skills to support the needs of the program. In addition to the new employee orientation, each Direct Support Professional receives training specific to the individuals they will work with.
