Our mission revolves around giving back to the community and the people we care for. The leadership team regularly volunteers at various agencies whose mission is aligned with ours.

An ideal candidate would have an intrinsic drive and experience fulfillment by making a difference in the lives of others. Being patient and understanding are definitely a must for working with this population because living with a severe mental illness can be very challenging and make everyday tasks a struggle.

When you come in you will fill out a paper application and we will discuss the available positions to ensure you understand what it entails. I will collect the required documentation for your employee file and assist you in obtaining anything you don't have at that time. Once all documentation is received, we set up your training days which are paid. I look forward to hearing from you!
