We start with a brief call when someone has applied, followed by an onsite job interview so that someone can see what we do and to get to know you better. If selected, you’ll go through a paid training period where you’ll learn the Caring Transitions way—how to work efficiently as part of a team. All team members are expected to uphold our values of integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
