Your local community college partners are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity to showcase the Relationship Banker role offered at Bank of America. What to expect: The first 30 minutes will include an introduction about working at Bank of America. From there we will transition to line of business leaders and recruiters to discuss day-to day in the role, the application process and how to prepare for a job as a credit assistance specialist. Job description: This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed. Job expectations include having deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of the financial and life priorities and connecting clients to solutions that meet the financial goals. *This is an in-office, full-time (40 hours) role*
