Endeavor HCBS is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Direct Support Professional (DSP) team. We will certify and professionally train you to provide expert direct support to Members who have Developmental Disabilities (i.e., autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, or epilepsy) ranging from mild to profound. At Endeavor HCBS we recognize that a well-trained, fairly compensated, and respected Direct Support Professional workforce is essential to providing the necessary supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will become the coach, cheerleader, teacher, mentor, and an integral part of daily life in the community for our Members when you join our team!
