The care you provide may vary depending on the member's needs, but the ultimate goal is to empower persons with varying capabilities to achieve their full potential in all aspects of life. The ideal candidate should have 3 months experience implementing and documenting performance with individual programs and/or providing respite or personal care and be able to pass a background check.
Arion Care provides an employment advisor to support candidates through their hiring journey. Individuals will receive training and apply for a fingerprint clearance card before their hire date. Training and onboarding are available as virtual or in-person modalities at convenient locations across the valley. Training may include CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and others depending on the position/role.
