We are looking for new team members who want to try a career within the insurance industry. No insurance experience is needed. Starting pay is $18 per hour, after 30 days upon your insurance license posting we will increase to $20 per hour. At 90 days we will increase to $22 an hour.

We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position will work closely with our Insurance Producers in ensuring all policies are correctly executed and all customers are taken care off.

Qualifications:

Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License preferred. Insurance experience is a plus. However, if you are interested in beginning a career in the insurance industry, we will train and pay for your licensing.
Bilingual – Spanish a plus but not required.
Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
Responsibilities:

Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices
Process endorsements for clients
Manage a diverse book of house accounts
Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers (Once licensed)
Support designated sales staff
Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
