**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Small Business CRV Senior Lead Product Manager Marketing Sales Platform as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking. The Small Business Product Manager is a key agile individual contributor role that will report to the Product Management Manager role. This role is responsible for working with Multiple line of business partners to define the end-to-end experience for bankers, managers, and other key front-line employees, focused on relationship management and sales. This role will configure the experience to support the Small Business and Merchant Services

**In this role, you will:**

+ Help coordinate development of capabilities to support small business migration to crv

+ Manage back log for SB01 and Develop timelines to on board Merchant Services

+ Identify new capabilities needed to support Merchant Services

+ Create a timeline and sequencing for installing packages on the new SB instance to allow a smooth transition of Small Business Regional Banking, Merchant Services, Small Business Branch Bankers and HIG

+ Work closely with the Shared Capabilities CRM Product Management Managers to identify the necessary core and common CRM components that will enable the end to end front-line experience.

+ Work with Design, this role will be responsible for defining and documenting user journeys, process flows, and identification of process improvements to address the employee relationship experience.

+ This role is expected to deliver a continually evolving experience roadmap, which will require frequent prioritization with their business partners.

+ Develop epics and features, based on their product strategy, and advising product teams, on the business value and strategy, to ensure those epics and features are delivered successfully.

+ This role is expected to define, monitor and evolve product success metrics and business goals (i.e. KPIs) associated with their products, with input from their LOB partners.

+ This role will Manage their overall product backlog, which includes conducting initial discovery work coming through intake, to determine product alignment and prioritization.

**Required Qualifications, US:**

+ 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Strong product management experience that includes experience driving product execution, prioritization, road map and strategy creation as well as implementation.

+ Advanced skills in agile methodology including experience in refinement of epics and features

+ Experience leading in a matrix environment through influence and negotiation

+ Experience consulting, influencing, leading and partnering with business executives, leadership, business partners and peers

+ Experience creating and presenting results of analyses and recommendations with the ability to adapt to audiences that include executive or senior level leaders

+ Financial services experience preferably within Small Business experience

+ Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in an everchanging environment

+ Jira Align and Jira experience

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Knowledge and understanding of CRM projects, tools, and systems

+ Leadership skills including; coaching, training, and mentoring

**Job Expectations:**

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

NY Salary range: $133,300.00 - $237,100.00 Annual
