We are currently seeking a well-rounded leader to join Citizens Pay as a Product Manager in the Citizens Pay group. This position will be responsible for driving improved program performance through well thought out initiatives/changes that enhance the program and delivery of our financial targets. The individual must have strong leadership skills with groups such as Credit Risk, Fraud, Collections, Operations, Contact Centers, Legal, Risk, and Compliance, and will use those relationships to support and grow the Citizens Pay product.
We are looking for someone with a user-centric mind-set that will be a key contributor in driving our products performance, along with advanced policies and procedures. This individual will help Citizens Pay by creating best in class experiences and support protocols that drive teams to meet the Citizens Pay goals. The colleague must have excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization, with the ability to set forth plans with an eye on impact to growth plan and operational soundness.
Examples of scope of responsibilities include:
+ Partner with internal colleagues to implement, handle product changes/approvals, and support enhancements around product changes.
+ Drive and improve strong controls, issue identification and solutions to ensure positive customer outcomes.
+ Develop positive relationships with key partners, internally and externally, specifically the Fraud, Operations, Platform, Legal, Risk, Partnership and BD teams.
+ Ongoing competitive analysis including key market trends, specific competitor product offer review, and overall opportunity assessments to drive recommendations for market opportunities on existing and new products
+ Strategic management of large and small initiatives aimed at improving the customer and/or colleague experience, with focus on the end-to-end interaction of a customer
+ Meet with senior leadership to report on results and trends and present go-forward strategies for continuous profitable product growth
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ 7+ years Financial Services, Consumer Lending, Product Development and/or FinTech experience
+ Comprehensive understanding of product development and risk mitigation in a financial/banking environment, and the ability to execute in an effective and expeditious manner.
+ Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving and Decision Making
+ Strong Financial Acumen
+ Excellent oral/written communication with ability to effectively communicate with peers, internal partners, external partners and executive management.
+ Ability to design and author effective executive level communications
+ Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal partners including technology, sales, product managers, fraud and credit risk.
+ Demonstrated understanding of and devotion to customer service and experience.
