The Syndications Tax and Accounting Operations Director will provide leadership, deep subject matter expertise, Syndication’s strategy, and process expertise to meet Syndication customer’s tax and accounting needs in all asset classes for a large and diverse investor base. This role is responsible for overseeing the annual tax and accounting reporting processes for Syndication customers. Included in this work is making decisions on tax and accounting issues, providing explanations to the syndications team and investors on complicated tax and accounting issues, managing the internal process with USBCDC and US Bank to ensure that all investors tax and accounting reporting needs are being met timely and efficiently, and serving as a senior leader on the Syndications team. This role will report to Syndications and State Clearinghouse Managing Director, and anticipated to manage 3 staff.
+ Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
+ 12+ years of experience in banking and/or tax credit industry
+ MBA, CPA, JD, CFA or candidate for CFA, or comparable work experience
+ Deep subject matter expertise in tax and accounting with deep background in tax credits especially affordable housing, new markets, renewable energy and historic tax credits
+ Strong leader and manager of people
+ Excellent communication, relationship, and collaboration skills
+ Self-starter and able to work in environment with minimal direction

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $149,005.00 - $175,300.00 - $192,830.00
