**Job Description Summary:**

Under moderate supervision, designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements moderately complex operating systems components, software tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of computer systems. Makes moderately complex modifications to existing software to fit specialized needs and configurations and maintains program libraries and technical documentation. Assists in planning, scheduling, and implementation. Initiates corrective action to stay on schedule.

As an Enablon Software Engineer, you will join a small & innovative team responsible and will design, develop, maintain, and test software applications in emerging industries following guidelines & best practices.

**_Essential Duties & Responsibilities:_**

+ Collaborate closely with product owners, testers, and other software engineers to improve the Platform

+ Lead architectural decision within your scope

+ Work closely with other Technical Leads and Architects to determine development feasibility within identified constraints

+ Brainstorm with your team to work through problems that will considerably increase product user experience

+ Troubleshoot and solve complex client issues

+ Support product owner by drafting functional specification & technical requirements

+ Write technical specifications and documentations

+ Participate in detailed development costing, review, and demo

+ Work with QA the improve quality of our processes

+ Write unit tests

+ Follow and participate directly in the improvement of organizational and development practices and processes

+ Share knowledge through direct support, training, peer review, presentation, articles, etc.

+ Participate in onsite client demos, workshops or training depending on your interest and experience

**_Education:_**

+ BS in Computer Science or equivalent field

**_Experience:_**

+ A minimum of 7 years software development experience.

+ A minimum of 5 years’ experience with cloud native or hybrid cloud development.

+ A minimum of 5 years’ experience with back-end development: C#.

+ Experience mentoring/leading a small team and provide Architectural design for a medium to large size product.

**_Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:_**

+ Agile, Scrum experience

+ Experience with one or more unit testing frameworks (3+ years)

+ React.js experience is a plus

+ Knowledge of French is a plus

**_Travel_**

+ Once a year, there is the potential of traveling to Paris, France.
