- Candidate must possess a positive attitude and a good work ethic,

- Candidate should have good people (communication and consultation) skills,

- Self-motivated individual that enjoys taking initiative and is a team player,

- Effective legal writing and argument to the court,

- Working knowledge of civil rules and litigation procedures - discovery, disclosure statements, etc.

- Admission to state and federal court required, due to the Firm's broad areas of practice, and multistate clients.

- Caseload responsibilities, with management assigned.

- Drafting various correspondence, memorandum, motions, and other case specific documents.
