We are seeking an attorney with two to seven years of experience in labor and employment law or civil litigation to join our growing employment practice. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, writing and analytical ability, keen attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to take ownership. Significant litigation experience is a plus (even if not employment litigation), including day-to-day responsibility on cases. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment in a boutique employment litigation practice. This position will involve litigation and general employment consulting services. This is a semi-hybrid position, with an expectation of being in the office approximately three to four days per week.
* Active bar license in AZ is required
* Superior academic credentials and strong communication skills are required
* Two to Seven years of experience in employment law (preferred) or civil litigation.
