Description
This position will be highly motivated to provide behavioral support and life skills training services to at-risk teen youth who have recently experienced significant trauma, neglect, depression, anxiety and substance use disorders. Main responsibilities shall include providing living skills coaching, helping develop safe and healthy habits and mentoring the youth.
This position will work as part of a team of professional behavioral health therapists and must have at least two years of behavioral health experience and working with teens with behavioral health disorders and teen girls who are at-risk. We have an amazing facility for recreational therapeutic work within a gym, tracks, swimming pool and animal farm.
We are open to negotiating a schedule that works well for the candidate. We provide excellent clinical supervision and coaching to help with professional growth.
This position shall report directly to the Program Manager, and will work collaboratively with the clinical therapists.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High School Diploma - Bachelors degree in human services field preferred.
+ At least two years of full time experience in delivering behavioral health services to children 6-18 years of age.
