Blue Rose Legacy Home Care is a small business in Southern Arizona. We are professional, agile, supportive and our goal is to provide individualized support for Activities of Daily Living with dignity and respect .

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide direct support to our clients. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients.

Responsibilities:

*Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
*Provide fall prevention support by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely
*Give medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules
*Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
*Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
*Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities
*Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
*Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate parties
*Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling client information

No prior experience is necessary, training is provided.
*Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
*You must have a reliable means of transportation.
*Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, be eligible for an Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, and have a clean driving record.
*Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. *Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
*Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, be eligible for a fingerprint clearance card, and have reliable transportation.
