Our client, the leading manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances is a longstanding, family-owned company in the Goodyear, Arizona, that is seeking a direct hire, Senior Quality Process Engineer to sit onsite to develop and document key processes.

**Job Title:** Senior Quality Process Engineer

**Location:** Goodyear, AZ 85338

**Pay Range:** Up to $110k Base + 4-5% Bonus + 10% Profit Sharing

**What’s the Job?**

+ Supports the validation and acceptance of new manufacturing sheet metal and plastic thermoforming fabrication equipment.

+ Solves problems using quality improvement tools, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

+ Develops and implements policies, procedures, work instructions, and fabrication control plans.

+ Supervises fabrication quality technicians.

+ Establish the quality system requirements for new or revised manufacturing processes.

**What’s Needed?**

+ **Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field is REQUIRED!!**

+ Knowledge and experience in the manufacturing of consumer appliance products REQUIRED!

+ Experience with 3D CAD software.

+ Knowledge and experienced in 5S/6S, Lean Six Sigma, Advanced Statistics, and Design of Experiment **s**
