Position: Data Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Finance
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Overview:
The Data Coordinator will be responsible for supplying accurate data reports requested by supervisors and senior management. As a data management expert your primary responsibilities include running data queries, maintaining data integrity and security, and ensuring proper sorting and organizing of databases.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain data models, governance processes and reporting dashboards.
• Maintaining and ensuring data integrity and security is utilized.
• Ensuring the proper sorting and organizing of databases.
• Transforming or transferring data upon request.
• Performing and preparing data requests in a timely manner.
• Assisting staff with data entry methods.
• Coordinate and prepare presentation material for meetings and/or presentations.
• Assisting in the development of dashboards for operational teams.
• Maintain key initiative meeting notes and minutes.
• Organize and manage a team repository of key processes, presentations, and workflows.

Qualifications:
• Experience with database administration preferred.
• Experience with QuickBase is a distinct asset.
• Analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate and organize multiple sources of data.
• Vision and design flare to translate data to best practice data visualization.
• Advanced organizational skills with spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
• Advanced skill to prioritize, multi-task, and be a collaborator.
• Drive to be initiative-taking and self-motivated.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to drive change and manage execution.
• The tenacity and ambition to inject value and create solutions.

Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20lbs unassisted.
• May require repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
• May require prolonged periods of sitting throughout workdays.
• Requires exercising of discretion in decision making process and maintaining of strict confidentiality with respect to customer, employee, and company proprietary related information.
