This is a 300 hour AmeriCorps State position through Arizona Serve and Prescott Unified School District’s Farm to School Program. The members would will 8-10 hours per week from October 2024 to May 2025 across the 7 PUSD schools, and 12 school garden sites.

This is a perfect part time role for college students to get experience in school garden education and maintenance while also taking classes and receiving a living allowance.

All of our efforts here at the Farm to School Program are made possible through support from our AmeriCorps members! The members assist us in maintaining our 9 school garden sites, hosting guest lessons, facilitating after school clubs, managing volunteer work events, and so much more.

Not only do they assist our Farm to School Program in countless ways, there are many perks to this position as well!
