Responsibilities Job Summary The Marketing Specialist at HonorHealth will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that support the organization's strategic growth, brand development, and customer experience objectives for both internal and external audiences. This role is central to managing stakeholder and vendor relationships, strategizing, content creation, and overseeing projects in assigned areas. The specialist will harness a variety of channels, including advertising, CRM, digital marketing, email, events, PR, SEM, social media, web, and other emerging technologies, to achieve these goals. Project Management and Execution: Initiates, plans, and executes assigned projects and tasks, adhering to defined project management methodologies. Prepare project schedules, define budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines while regularly communicating progress to stakeholders. Defines KPIs and reports on key metrics to internal teams and stakeholders for assigned projects. Delivers performance reports with actionable insights. Stakeholder/Vendor relationship management: Acts as the primary liaison for designated internal clients and/or vendors. Builds strong relationships through regular interaction, exploration, and delivery of excellent customer service, proposing solutions that align with HonorHealth’s strategic objectives. Marketing strategy: Collaborates with team members to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing and communications strategies for assigned areas. Engages consumer segments with relevant content to drive measurable understanding, action, and engagement. Content development: Develops and manages content across communication mediums for assigned areas. Leads content generation that engages audience segments and leads to measurable action. Works with internal and external resources to facilitate the development of communication mediums, ensuring adherence to HonorHealth's brand voice and style. Platform management: Manages assigned platforms within the marketing technology stack. Develops strategies to optimize tools supporting growth, brand development, and customer experience objectives. Troubleshoots issues and maintain knowledge of pertinent healthcare industry regulations (HIPAA, Stark, CAN-SPAM, etc.) to ensure campaign compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' work related experience Marketing, communications, journalism, business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
