We are seeking a skilled machinist to join our team and produce high-quality products and services for our customers. As a machinist, you will be accountable for assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality is delivered to our customers. You will also be accountable for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Receive little to no instruction on routine tasks and general instructions on new assignments.

+ Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of machining, specifically aligning to Mills/Lathes/Grinders, with the ability to train others.

+ Demonstrate an expert insight of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) concepts and the ability to teach others, specifically in areas such as 5S Facilitation.

+ Observe all safety policies and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts.

+ Follow NUCAP and NADCAP requirements.

+ Communicate effectively with colleagues within and outside of your work area.

+ Expertly read, interpret, and train others on how to read blueprints and machining programs.

+ Train others on geometric tolerance and measuring tools/equipment.

+ Regularly interface with engineers to troubleshoot issues.

+ Demonstrate the ability to learn multiple disciplines.

Pay Transparency:

The salary range for this position is ($61,100.00 - $91,600.00) The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

YOU MUST HAVE:

+ High School Diploma

+ Minimum of 5 years of machining experience, including working with Mills/Lathes/Grinders, reading, and interpreting blueprints, and using measuring tools/equipment

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience and proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning & Technology
