**Overview of Job Function:**

The Director of Product Management will assume the responsibility of overseeing the strategic planning, product development trajectory, and successful product launches within the Fraud Security Solutions (FSS) division. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our initiatives align seamlessly with market demands and the overarching objectives of the company. The Director will understand the significant influence the function wields on product success, thereby playing an indispensable role in the attainment of FSS’s business goals.

**Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Developing and articulating a clear product strategy and vision, aligning the product roadmap and product goals with the Company’s overall goals, market trends, and customer needs.

+ Overseeing the product planning process by collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing features, defining requirements, and creating a product line roadmap for the entire product development lifecycle.

+ Leading and inspiring a team of product managers and coordinating their activities to ensure that they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while fostering collaboration with engineering, product design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.

+ Monitoring the market landscape, conducting competitive analysis, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive while addressing evolving customer needs.

+ Successfully planning product launches by collaborating with product marketing, the development team, and the sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and pricing.

+ Participating in voice of the customer activities to gather feedback from end-user on how to best improve our product offering to meet their needs.

+ Participating in customer demos and industry tradeshows as a product expert.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or other business-related degree, or equivalent work experience.

+ 12+ years of product management experience.

+ 8+ years of experience leading people, including coaching, development/training, performance management and compensation planning.

+ Large-scale cloud experience working with several cloud products and technologies would be an advantage.

+ Familiar with design patterns involved in integrated cloud products (from overall UX, API and distributed architecture design, to common technology areas involved like identity, integration, and management).

+ Very strong knowledge of technology, web, business intelligence and data source connections, with SaaS product experience.

+ Strong knowledge of the banking security market, and the framework of compliance challenges that surround collection and transmission of video security data.

+ Experienced in Agile product development methodology.

+ Experienced in using Jira and or Aha for management of product requirements.

+ Strong initiative: self-sufficient; able to identify areas of potential product and documentation improvement; capable of prioritizing and executing tasks to reach the business unit goals.

+ US remote role but must be able to work EST hours.

+ Up to 20% travel, both domestic and international.

+ Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.

**Preferred Requirements:**

+ 10+ years of experience in the Video Security industry or in a similar industry. A focus in banking and financial services would be an advantage.
