Global Accounts Receivable Organization is focused on a multi-year roadmap to drive critical Growth, Efficiency and Governance initiatives. An integral part of this organization is an ongoing focus on strategic and transformational projects that span International markets and functions. This newly created Senior Engineering Manager role will work in these high-impact initiatives, primarily across our lead markets like Japan, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Asia-Pacific and European Countries to deliver on our goals of driving platform modernization. The Senior Engineering Manager will drive implementations towards flawless execution of critical projects with multi-year milestones and complex stakeholder groups.

**How will you make an impact in this role?**

Responsible for delivering complex business requirements by co-ordinating the delivery streams, organize implementations and business walkthroughs. Role requires strong collaboration skills to bring together engineering, product and business teams together to build solutions in a fast, effective manner.

+ Perform all technical aspects of software development for assigned applications, including writing new code and creating API’s.

+ Analyze business feature and user stories. Refine with Product Owners to support build activities. - Continuous delivery and continuous deployment of software.

+ Designing solutions for complex business and technical requirements.

+ Building scalable, highly resilient software with adequate logging.

+ Ability to investigate problems quickly to find root causes and preparing fixes.

+ Ability to build automated regression test suites.

+ Ability to work with teams across different regions/countries.

+ Partner with Tech, Product Owners & Business SMEs to ensure an aligned solution is designed.

+ Collaborate with team members on defining the solution.

+ Track work using issue trackers and agile feature management tools.

+ Role requires strong operational, technical, and creative problem-solving skills.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Program of study in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics or an equivalent degree.

+ Strong coding skills.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Good understanding of Data structures.

+ Experience using object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Python, React, PostgreSQL, Cassandra.

+ Proven ability to work autonomously and adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands and rapid change.

+ Strong analytical skills and rigor.

+ Ability to source and interpret data/facts in a meaningful way.

+ A broad knowledge and experience championing the use of best practices and program management standards and processes. **Leadership Behaviours:**

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience working across global markets would be beneficial.

+ Experience in building and deploying Cloud applications.

+ Experience working in Credit Card domain would be preferred.

**Qualifications**

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
