Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data

• Carry out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and speed

• Conduct invoice processing and code invoices according to company standards

• Perform check runs and monitor customer accounts for necessary action

• Utilize Concur Expense for expense management tasks

• Maintain an organized record of all accounts payable

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Requirements • Must have proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and tasks.

• Experience with check runs is a requirement.

• Ability to efficiently code invoices.

• Familiarity with Concur Expense is necessary.

• Strong data entry skills are required.

• Experience in invoice processing is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed.

• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.

• The ability to work independently and within a team is required.

• Must have the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is beneficial.
