As a Driver, you would provide transportation services to individuals with developmental disabilities who are transported by Chandler Gilbert Arc. This position is Part-Time with morning and afternoon shifts available. Responsibilities include:

Provide safe and reliable transportation to passengers transported by CGArc

Ensuring all passengers are properly seated and secured in vehicles

Ensuring people in wheelchairs are safely secured

Ensuring proper supervision of passengers

Following all safety protocol including reporting of accidents, following all traffic safety laws, and ensures the safety of all passengers

Maintains daily trip logs and other related paperwork

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma/GED
Drivers must have a clean 39 month MVD report and be insurable under agency's insurance
Possess or ability to possess an Arizona Driver's License
Ability to obtain an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass an extensive criminal background check
Experience working alongside individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities is preferred
Knowledge of local area addresses and streets, etc preferred
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift individuals (around 35 to 50 lbs) if required
Operate an agency transport vehicle
Be physically able to perform First Aid/CPR and Behavioral intervention techniques if required
