We are seeking a Staffing Center Assistant with experience in staffing and/nurse scheduling. In this role, you will be responsible for handling sick calls and managing schedules using Kronos/UKG. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate with high level of critical thinking. Proficiency in completing administrative tasks, particularly in Excel, within reasonable times frames is essential-Schedule: Night shift hours-8pm-8:30am-3-12 hour shifts per week with rotating every 3rd weekend required.

The Staffing Center Assistant aids the Centralized Staffing Support Center nurses by supporting the operational aspects of implementing the staffing plan each shift. This position requires outstanding organizational, time management, communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and escalation skills.
