As a Program/Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various programs within the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will be accountable for ensuring the successful execution of programs, driving efficiency and effectiveness, and delivering value to our customers. With your expertise and guidance, you will contribute to the growth and success of our business.

You will report directly to our Sr. Program Manager, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Columbia, SC locations on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our programs by:

+ Managing program timelines, resources, and budgets

+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution

+ Monitoring program performance and implementing corrective actions as needed

+ Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure program success

+ Communicating program updates and progress to stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Manage and coordinate multiple programs within the BA business unit

+ Develop and maintain program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables

+ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met

+ Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed

+ Identify and mitigate risks to ensure program success

+ Communicate program updates and progress to stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE

+ High School Diploma

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related roles

+ Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Excellent communication and people-oriented skills

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

+ Master's degree in a relevant field

+ Experience in the building automation industry

+ PMP certification or equivalent

+ Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
