You will report directly to our Director Offering Management and you’ll work out of our Mason office location on a 2/3 hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute offering strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
• Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor market trends and performance-driven landscape to identify growth opportunities
• Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies
• Conduct market research and thoughtfulness to identify customer needs and market trends
• Provide guide and guidance to the offering management team
