**Human Resources Assistant**

**Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm**

_(Must be flexible to assist some days at 7:00 am and some weekends as needed)_

_Previous work experience in Human Resources or office management in healthcare highly preferred._

_Associates degree preferred._

**Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**

Under the supervision of the HR Coordinator / Manager / Director of Human Resource, coordinates the clerical and administrative function of the Human Resources Department to ensure efficient operation and timely response to employees and manager inquires.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ High School Diploma required

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software program applications required

**Preferred Experience**

+ Minimum of two years work experience in Human Resources field preferred

+ Associates degree preferred

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
