**Position Requirements:**

+ DEA with prescriptive authority

+ FNP or AGNP training and AZ license eligibility

+ Experience in Primary Care preferred

+ Comfortable with a primarily adult patient panel

+ Collaborative, patient-focused, and friendly team player
