Position Summary

The Benefits Specialist performs and administers one or more organizational benefits programs to our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serves as the primary contact for clients and plan vendors.

Ensure client benefit plans' accuracy, perform quality checks of benefits-related data.

Assist clients and members with benefit claims issues, plan changes, enroll clients with carriers and Process life status changes.

Respond to benefits inquires on plan provisions.

Process and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork.

Provide reports for allocation and billing.
