Honeywell’s ACST team is currently seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist II for our Golden Valley, MN or Golden Valley, CO locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and monitor project schedules
Schedule and track project-related activities and meetings
Oversee and communicate the project progress of the Health, Safety, Environmental & Facilities (HSE&F) team
Evaluate subcontractor performance
Assemble project closeout documents
Drafts, revises, and maintains procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
Coordinates activities with other teams ensuring requirements are incorporated for facilities projects
Coordinates day-to-day facilities operations and resolves problems and errors
Plan, coordinate, monitor, track, and report HSE&F financials and budgets.
Help define, support activities, and coordinate improvements involving project analysis, KPIs, and strategies, including preparing presentations to communicate findings
Assist the research process on HSE&F budgets to track current projects
Serve as the main point of contact for HSE&F related communications
Blanket Purchase Orders (Pos)
Purchase Requisition System (PRS) inputs for approvals
Invoicing
Travel within US may be required – up to 20%
The annual base salary range for this position is $71,800.00 - $89,700.00 Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE:
2+ years working within a project management role
U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance
