Call Center Representative

As a Call Center Representative here at Honeywell, you will serve as an Energy Advisor for a portfolio of Energy Conservation programs and be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will handle calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location on a hybrid work schedule (3/ 2 schedule).

In this role, you will impact the customer experience by providing timely and accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries

• Conduct outbound calls to resolve open issues

• Provide information about energy conservation programs which may include terms and conditions, eligibility requirements, and steps to enroll

• Partner with cross functional teams to resolve inquiries

• Maintain customer records and update information in the database

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

WE VALUE

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
