ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Intern (Master's) – Business Dev (Aftermarket Strategy) here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our strategic aftermarket initiatives. You will work closely with our Aftermarket Strategy team to identify growth opportunities, conduct market research, and support the development and implementation of strategic plans. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, allowing you to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact on our business. You will report directly to our Business Development Manager and work out of our designated office location on a full-time basis. This internship is a great opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of strategy development.

In this role, you may:

+ Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities

+ Support the development and implementation of strategic plans

+ Assist in the preparation of business proposals and presentations

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives

+ Participate in project planning and execution, gaining valuable insights into how large-scale projects are managed in the Aerospace industry

Location: Road 110 KM 5.9., Aguadilla, PR 00604 PRI

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

+ Must graduate after December 2025

+ Must continue enrollment in degree program upon internship completion

+ Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)

+ Must reside in Puerto Rico

+ Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

WE VALUE:

+ Previous experience or coursework in business development or strategic planning

+ Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
