The Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager for our Datacenter Supply Strategy and Planning team (DSSP). This role is responsible for establishing executable DC Supply plans to support our rapidly scaling global data center infrastructure supply, which supports the full spectrum of Microsoft products and services including Azure, Office365, Exchange, Xbox, and many more. Supply Planning sits at the nexus of multiple teams which come together to deliver data center supply starting with the demand signal and ending with physical data center infrastructure in production ready state.
This critically important role will be responsible for delivering capacity plans that balance cost, lead time, and risk in accordance with supply chain management best practices. In addition, this role will be responsible for coordinating plans across engineering, operations, and finance teams to evaluate and recommend potential solutions to long term constraints. The solutions developed by the individual in this role will be delivered to executives through a high-tempo rhythm of business that demands the ability to develop robust analysis and documentation, communicate crisply, and drive changes on short intervals.

**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for establishing region level plans across new and existing metros
+ Identify, evaluate, and implement data center supply planning improvements drawing on statistical methods, **supply chain management principles** , **S&OP best practices** , and emerging software technology capabilities including ML/AI.
+ Prepare, present, and discuss data center supply strategy with senior leadership relating to cost, lead time, risk, and technical/operational constraints
+ Work across a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure we collaboratively improve, adapt, and adopt our processes and support software systems to support rapidly changing business requirements.
+ Design processes for regular reporting and execution rhythms
+ Prepare and present supply content for S&OP reviews

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 7+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
+ OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
**Other Requirements:**
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Supply Planning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
