The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for overseeing cross-functional engineering teams, including Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, and Software design, while coordinating with Manufacturing, Quality, and Repair departments. The role requires significant customer interaction, planning and budgeting skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Required:

-Bachelor's degree in technical field

- 7 years in program management

Plus if you have:

- backround in power electronics

- PMP certification

6 month contract with possible extension!!

location: TEMPE, Arizona

salary: $50 - 70 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

+ Develop program/project plans, schedules, and budgets.

+ Identify risks and create contingency plans to mitigate schedule delays or technical issues.

+ Coordinate with Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams.

+ Ensure all technical and delivery requirements for customers are met

+ Interface with customers on program issues, schedules, and budgets.

+ Manage correspondence internally to maintain customer confidence.

+ Monitor and manage production deliverables from engineering to manufacturing.

+ Ensure timely product releases

+ Oversee engineering budgets, ensuring accurate cost tracking across projects.

+ Propose and implement new methods, processes, or tools to enhance product/service quality, timeliness, or cost-effectiveness.

+ Experience level: Experienced

+ Minimum 7 years of experience
