**Description**

Supervises a team of warehouse personnel responsible for managing physical inventory and warehouse operations in support of the Maintenance and Operations organizations at one or multiple sites in North America.

+ Supervises staff to meet Warehouse Management performance objectives and deadlines on a daily basis

+ Implements GSC initiatives and objectives with team, tracks performance against those objectives and regularly provides feedback to employees, both verbally and in writing, in an effort to meet those objectives

+ Utilizes Warehouse Management tools and techniques with team to ensure maximum customer service; this includes managing projects to create efficiency within the warehouse

+ Serves as a primary liaison with Maintenance and other organizations at each site, to ensure proper alignment of goals, metrics, processes and initiatives, and to ensure a high level of collaboration

+ Manages team performance against Warehouse Management and supply chain related metrics and objectives; analyzes and identifies root causes of under-performance and implements changes to improve performance to meet or exceed targets; leads in assessing team members’ skills and abilities and ensures appropriate education and training is provided to them

+ Collaborates in or supervises the development and implementation of new or enhanced Warehouse Management processes, systems and technologies at site, leveraging industry best practices

+ Ensures SOX compliance by all staff members to warehouse policies as documented by the Global Supply Chain organization

+ Reports site specific results relative to Warehouse Management-related metrics including inventory accuracy, service level, and hand held utilization

+ Performs other duties as required

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ High School diploma or equivalency certificate **and** seven (7) years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, Engineering or a related field; **OR**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field **and** three (3) years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, Engineering or a related field

**Criteria/Conditions**

+ Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English

+ Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards

+ Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment

+ Position is in busy, non-smoking environment

+ Location requires mobility in an office or warehouse environment

+ Occasionally work will be performed in a mine, outdoor or manufacturing plant setting

+ Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk

+ Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to ten (10) pounds

+ Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required

**What We Offer You**

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$82,000-$113,000** . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
