**PRIMARY CARE POSITION - NORTHWEST VALLEY**

+ Neighborhood clinic treating all ages

+ Medical Assistants,Front Office, and leadership support

+ Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!

**Qualifications:**

+ Minimum 1-Year experience as an FNP/PA in Primary Care

+ DEAwith prescriptive authority required

+ Board Certified FNP or PA with eligibility for AZ license

+ Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the health care team
