As a Dispatch Officer, you will be monitoring emergency phone calls from the population housed in high-risk areas, dispatching the appropriate staff via telephone and/or radio communication, and logging all calls and responses. You will work closely with your team and maintain constant communication with supervisors and other staff members. You will also perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
