Investor Relations is the primary interface between Honeywell and the investment community, responsible for communicating the Company's strategy, financial results and supporting its valuation, while establishing credibility and relationships with over 1,000 institutional shareowners, portfolio managers, buy and sell side research analysts on Wall Street, and thousands of financial institutions around the world.

As an Investor Relations Manager at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with the investment community. You will report directly to our Vice President, Investor Relations and work out of our Charlotte, NC global headquarters. Success in this high profile, highly visible and highly nimble department includes the ability to: effectively communicate company strategy; monitor and interpret market dynamics, macroeconomic indicators and peer data; analyze Honeywell businesses, performance drivers and financial results; understand capital/equity markets and drivers of equity valuation; and, integrate multiple inputs to interpret and provide feedback to management on investor sentiment and factors impacting Honeywell's share price.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Build and maintain relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders.

+ Prepare and review investor presentations, earnings releases, and other investor communications.

+ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

+ Coordinate and facilitate investor events, including earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows.

+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC filings and disclosure obligations.

+ Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to align investor relations activities with overall business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in progressive finance roles

+ Proven experience in investor relations, capital markets, financial analysis, or related roles.

+ Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting ethics, and SEC regulations.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.

+ Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree helpful.

+ Relevant certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are highly valued.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.
