Seeking an experienced clinical RN with at least 5 years of experience in inpatient acute care to work alongside bedside nurses on our Ortho/Trauma/Pulmonary unit. This role is day shift, Monday-Friday. Must have BSN. Must have a national certification or open to attaining one within 6 months. Examples include: CCRN: Certified Critical Care Nurse, CMSRN: Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, CEN: Certified Emergency Nurse, CPN: Certified Pediatric Nurse, CNRN: Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse, ONC: Certified Orthopaedic Nurse, OCN: Oncology Certified Nurse, CNOR: Certified Perioperative Nurse. The incumbent will need to have leadership experience, a strong clinical skill set in inpatient acute care, change agent mentality, and passion for quality and safety. Strong clinical experience along with education, collaboration and quality/safety work is required. Pediatrics is preferred.
