In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental. Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.

**Typical Flex Officer Objectives:**

+ Provide security for short-term special security assignments.

+ Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.

+ Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.

+ Weekend and holiday availability needed.

+ Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

**Flex Officer Requirements:**

+ 18 years of age or older.

+ High School Diploma OR GED.

+ Standard computer / technology skills needed.

+ Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic.

+ Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.

+ Customer service background preferred.

+ Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

+ Must be able to conduct foot & / OR mobile patrols throughout shift - during various weather conditions.

+ Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.

+ Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.

+ Ability to work any shift / Open Availability
