Job Title: Accounts Receivable Representative/B2B Collections
Job Description
• Account reconciliation within those portfolio accounts
• Dispute resolutions and figure out plans to allow payments.
• Tracking customer job balances and payments to establish lien rights
• Reviewing accounts for releasing lien rights
• Assisting with payment application as needed
• Making outbound and answering inbound calls to/from customers
• Performing other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
Hard Skills
+ Experience handling any kinds of collections (B2B or B2C)
+ Managing calls and not afraid to make outbound calls
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Tempe, Arizona. Hybrid work schedule offered once converted to a permanent employee.
