**Description**
A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) is seeking a full-time non-exempt Pre-Doc Education Coordinator on the Mesa, Arizona campus.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ In conjunction with the Education Specialist, track and work with CCU directors and students on the absence requests, schedule changes, and blocks required in AxiumAscend ensuring adherence to the established student attendance policy.
+ Act as backup to Clinic Manager with daily deposit and processing of ledger adjustments in Axium Ascend.
+ Process all incoming and outgoing mail from the main clinic bldg to the administration building daily.
+ Act as the point of contact for main clinic incident/needlestick reporting and follow-up.
+ Responsible for purchasing and inventory management of all main clinic office supplies.
+ All other duties as assigned.
**Education and Experience:**
+ High school diploma required.
+ Intermediate computer skills required.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google products and peripheral systems.
+ Effective communication skills (i.e. verbal, written, phone).
+ Independent problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish priorities.
