As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for the in-the-field sampling and testing of concrete, soils, and other construction materials. Technicians will be required to complete and submit written reports daily. A company vehicle will be provided specifically for travel to and from scheduled job sites. Technicians will require sufficient ability to find project locations by address and/or direction.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Perform observations and testing.
+ Write detailed reports summarizing test results and observations.
+ Inform field representatives of observation and test results.
+ Communicate with managers, show commitment as a team player, and organize work and manage time effectively.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
+ Must be at least 18 years old for entry onto job sites, must be able to lift up to 75lbs repeatedly
+ Ability to read and write, ability to use a computer
+ Prior experience as a field/engineering technician
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ At least five years of construction materials testing experience
+ ACI Field Grade I and ATTI Field certifications
+ Additional certifications, such as ACI Concrete Strength Testing, ATTI Soils/Ag, ATTI Asphalt, ICC Special Inspection, EIFS, Post-Tension), or demonstrated competence to qualify the individual at this level
