*Department/Unit Summary*

Our ICU unit is comprised of 16 beds (10-11 beds for CV/ICU Patients) with a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio. You will be playing a crucial role in making our community at Lake Havasu City healthier and will be part of a team with a positive and collaborative work environment. To ensure that patients’ needs are met you will be working side-by-side with our Multi Care Technicians. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across disciplines to coordinate patient care as well as opportunity for growth and enhance your skills in critical care.

*Qualifications and requirements*
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

* Associate’s degree required
* Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire
* Basic Life Support Certification is required on hire
* ACLS required upon hire, BLS is not required if employee has current ACLS
* TNCC Certification within 6 months of hire
* 1 year ICU experience preferred
