Job Description
Provide timely desktop site support and problem resolution for our internal customers, in support of a fast-paced, personal computer hardware refresh project. This technical role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, effective communications skills, a professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills, in a large corporate headquarters environment. Pay ranges from $25-$30/hr dependent upon experience.

Skills and Requirements
Identify and resolve computer hardware/software problems through discussions with users
Provide Level I and II phone and in person support for identifying and troubleshooting client to server problems up to Level IIas needed
Resolve hardware/software problems on laptops, tablets, cellphones, and MAC computers
Utilize the work order system and adheres to IT Support open work order schedules and guidelines
Resolves issues assigned via ticketing system and in person walk up requests
Experience with ERP Systems
Experience with Supporting Zebra Scanners and Thermal Printers
