Our client, a major state client, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the EUDR Program. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
**Job Title:** Desktop Support Technician
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ
**Pay Range:** $22-25 / hr.
**What's the Job?**
+ Execute EUDR plans and address technical issues that may arise during the replacement process.
+ Image computers and ensure all software is installed correctly.
+ Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot any hardware or software issues.
+ Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software.
+ Ensure all equipment is properly documented and tracked.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support.
+ Experience with imaging computers and deploying software.
+ Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
