As a Senior Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for ensuring the reliability and performance of our products and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues, develop and implement reliability improvement plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the highest level of reliability and customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Shreveport, Louisiana location onsite.
In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of our products and systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues
+ Develop and implement reliability improvement plans
+ Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability
+ Perform reliability testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement
+ Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams
+ Monitor and analyze field data to identify trends and potential reliability issues
+ Develop and maintain reliability metrics and reports

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
+ 5+ years of experience in reliability / maintenance engineering
+ 2+ years fixed and rotating equipment reliability experience
WE VALUE
+ Master's degree in engineering or a related field
+ Familiarity with API and ASME codes
+ Certification in Reliability Engineering (CRE) or similar
+ Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
+ Familiarity with statistical analysis software
+ Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
+ Strong knowledge of reliability engineering ethics and methodologies
+ Experience with reliability analysis tools and techniques
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Strong communication and people-oriented skills
